D'Ann is the company President with over 15 years of legal experience including 7 years with the State Bar of Texas. She completed her undergraduate work at UT-Arlington and received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Texas, graduating cum laude.

Gary is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a MBA in marketing. He is an active member of the Texas Process Servers Association, serving as President 2003 - 2004. He has served on the Board of Directors and as the Training Director for the TPSA process serving seminars required for Supreme Court Certification. In July 2010, Gary was appointed to the Process Server Review Board by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas.
